In a variation of the fifteen traditional Rosary mysteries the poet-convert Henri Ghéon demonstrates his life and suffering as experienced by her, a symbiosis of mother and divine son. This masterpiece by André Caplet, known especially as friend and assistant of Debussy, is seldom performed because of its highly unusual instrumentation. |
